Robin Trower

Robin Trower é reconhecidamente um dos mais influentes guitarristas do cenário musical de Rock Blues Britânico. Apesar de outros nomes poderem vir à mente, nenhum tem o som característico e a pegada do homem que foi honrosamente apelidado nos anos 70 de "O Hendrix Branco". Robin estava na platéia durante uma apresentação de Jimi Hendrix há muitos anos, e ele admite que a experiência mudou sua maneira de tocar. É óbvio para quem já ouviu a música de Robin que ele incorporou de certa forma o som que Jimi introduziu ao mundo da música para assim criar sua própria maneira de expressar-se através da guitarra. O resultado é um estilo único - não uma imitação de Jimi em tudo, e uma carreira de mérito incontestável.

Robin é conhecido por seu incrível talento como guitarrista e seu estilo inspirado de solos, isso sem falar dos timbres inigualáveis de sua Strato que parecem emanar além deste mundo.

Nascido em 9 de março de 1945, Robin já tocava guitarra profissionalmente desde sua adolescência. Durante as primeiras fases de sua carreira, ele fez parte de uma famosa Superbanda chamada Procol Harum. Robin deixou o Procol Harum após o lançamento do seu 5º álbum, "Broken Barricades", para iniciar sua carreira solo ao lado de James Dewar (ex-Stone The Crows) no baixo e vocal de apoio e Reg Isadore na bateria.
